STEP ONE:

• Employee/Contractor numbers are your User IDs.
• Enter it in the space provided and click on the BLUE SUBMIT BUTTON to continue.

STEP THREE:

• At this point, you will need to carefully follow the rest of the instructions to complete your registration.
• The process is simple
• Make sure you remember or write down all the information you entered when registering. You may need them at some point.
